2. Vendor Terms

2.1. Vendor Registration:

2.2. Product Listings:

  • Vendors are responsible for uploading accurate descriptions, prices, and high-quality images of their products.
  • Illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items are strictly banned.

2.3. Commissions and Fees:

  • Sellit4Me retains a commission on every successful sale. Rates are communicated upon onboarding and may be revised with prior notice.
  • Vendors are responsible for any payment gateway charges where applicable.

2.4. Order Fulfillment:

  • Vendors must process and ship orders promptly using Sellit4Me’s approved logistics partners or specified alternatives.
  • Failure to fulfill orders may lead to account suspension.

2.5. Returns and Disputes:

  • Vendors must accept legitimate returns within the stipulated return window and resolve disputes professionally.

2.6. Account Suspension:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate any platform policies.

3. User & Buyer Terms

3.1. Account Creation:

  • Users must register an account to make purchases or interact with vendors.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2. Buying on Sellit4Me:

  • Buyers agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information.
  • Payment must be made through the available secure payment gateways before order fulfillment.

3.3. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

3.4. Feedback and Ratings:

  • Users may leave honest reviews after transactions. Reviews must not be defamatory, offensive, or fake.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

4.1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for reasons including damage, wrong item, or non-conformity with the product description.

4.2. Return Process:

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Sellit4Me is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party vendors or users.

7.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, though we strive for maximum uptime.

8. Termination

8.1. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and take effect immediately.
